Woodbridge fave META AND THE CORNERSTONES return to Parker Press Park to kick off the 2024 season! Fronted by singer, songwriter and composer Meta Dia, Meta and the Cornerstones fuse a unique sound of afro-pop, hip-hop, rock and soul with a backbone of roots reggae. This synthesis of both reggae and soul along with powerful lyrics and feel-good melodies create something that transcends oceans, borders, and language barriers. The band have created unifying and soul-pounding live experiences for audiences all across the globe.

Opener KYSHONA blends roots, rock, R&B, and folk with lyrical prowess. She is both a sought after collaborative vocalist working with artists like Margo Price whom she accompanied on Stephen Colbert, Adia Victoria who features Kyshona, Price and Jason Isbell in her single “You Was Born to Die”, and a burgeoning performer in her own right whose 2020 release Listen, was voted BEST PROTEST ALBUM of 2020 by Nashville Scene.
